GM's Buyout is Causing a Rush of Surgeries
GM's effort to cut its health care expenses is causing a rush of elective surgeries among retired workers who will have their health benefits cut and workers who are planning to take buyouts. When you think about it, it just makes sense. The question is: did GM budget for this?
