The Googleteer takes on Trent Lott
The Dean of Disjunctive Association himself, the Googleteer(tm), has found a suitable foe: Senator Trent Lott. Sen. Lott is one of the long time advocates (whiners) for tort reform. It just so happens that Sen. Lott didn't have flood insurance on his $750,000 gulf coast home when Hurricane Katrina hit. He's now threatening to sue State Farm for dismissing his claim. Where are sanctions for "frivolous lawsuits" when you need them? The Googleteer(tm) found 31,000 hits on Trent Lott and "Tort Reform" and 9,590 hits with "trent lott" and "frivolous lawsuits".
