Renault Espace MPV

Renault is showing off its new Espace MPV. For about a decade, the Espace has been the style leader in European MPVs (think 9/10 scale minivans). The new Espace is as stylish as you can get in a monobox van. The interior is progressive with a panoramic sunroof and middle seats that can face the front or the rear.

Mechanically, the Espace features a multitude of diesel and gas engines and a sequential shift six-speed automatic transmission. With the 175 hp. diesel, the Espace is rated at 32 MPG and 0-62 mph at under 10 seconds.

Now that Renault owns a controlling interest in Nissan, might we see an Espace on this side of the pond? We'll see.
